Successfully marketing requires a well-balanced blend of art and science. Learn how to use the Objective-First Marketing Framework for developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This class will show students how to gain customer insights through data and create data-driven customer segmentation strategies throughout the student journey (the funnel).
Materials: Series of Three Videos
Learning Outcomes:
- Setting goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Segment audiences based on demographics, psychographic, geographic, and behavior
- Identify various data sources to build audiences
- Enrollment marketing “funnel” conversion strategies vs. brand awareness strategies, including channel alignment with each stage in the student journey
